Called to get my Tesla tinted and they were able to fit me in before they closed. The process to get the tint done was easy and they were VERY thorough. I wanted the darkest percent and explained the legal tint. I would definitely be coming back for my other vehicles!
If you need PPF this shop is extremely responsive and offers very affordable solutions! I had some piano black trim on my new Mazda CX-5 that had light scratches when I purchased it new. It was constantly smudged with fingerprints and driving me crazy. After one month of owning the car, I reached out to Randall who told me to come by anytime for Trevor to have a look and give me an estimate for PPF (paint protection film). I decided to go with a matte black film which matches the black trim around the windows and to me it looks SOOOO much better. Not only does it look better, now it’s protected for the future:)!! VERY happy with the service and installed product. Thinking about tinting my front windows down the road and I will choose this shop for sure!

Trevor and team got my baby in tip top shape! I’m no longer riding in a fish bowl (as the kids say). Great communication, throughly explained the different types of tint and other products they have available, quick, and efficient with reasonable prices. Welcoming environment with an accommodating waiting area, and plenty of magazines to flip through. We had a minor issue with one of the windows but that was acknowledged and handled swiftly. Would not hesitate referring or doing business with Black Optix West End in the future.
The tint looks great! The workers there were friendly and helped me make a decision on what I wanted. The work they did looks great and it was done quick.
Trevor did an awesome job on our Lexus and Mercedes. Isaiah was VERY helpful and making sure that we could get both vehicles done in one day. Stop by to check their prices and ask a bunch of questions about their tint and warranty. I got all my questions answered and was offered great pricing. It has been a week and my tint looks great. I’ve got one small scrape on the tint in the back window, but I’ve been assured this can be fixed. Other than that, great prices, great service, and friendly staff. I would definitely use them again.
